The rubric we use
- Technical accuracy: Concepts, accounts and treatments are correct.
- Reasoning and checks: Explains why, and how the work would be verified (reconciliations, source documents, review).
- Concrete example: Uses a specific, truthful example — your own experience or a clearly labeled hypothetical.
- Clarity: Structured, concise, no unexplained jargon.
- Professional judgment: Knows when to escalate, ask, or document; respects controls and confidentiality.
This is self-practice. Scores aren't hiring recommendations, and you should only describe experience you actually have.
