Refunds and cancellations

This page describes how the service actually works today. The operating legal entity, postal address, governing law, and final terms are being confirmed and will be added before paid plans open to the public.

Cancelling

You can cancel a Pro subscription or the AI add-on at any time in Account → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refund requests

Send refund requests through the contact form (topic “Billing”) from the email on your account. Each request is reviewed individually. The final refund terms, including any time window, will be published here before paid plans open to the public.

What happens after a refund

If a Lifetime Learning payment is refunded, Lifetime access ends. If a subscription payment is refunded, access follows the subscription's status in Stripe. Certificates already earned stay valid unless they were obtained through misuse.

Your rights under local consumer law are not affected.
